Yuxin’s technical team has devoted intensive effort to improving production processes and has developed and applied several nationally patented energy-saving technologies, maximizing the recovery and reuse of waste heat. In the critical sterilization stage of protein production, our proprietary steam waste heat recovery system captures excess heat generated by sterilization equipment and uses it to preheat process water, significantly reducing the energy required for reheating.
In the raw material pretreatment and drying processes, innovative heat exchange and recovery systems enable the reuse of heat from steam condensate and facilitate efficient heat transfer between different media. These measures not only reduce the load on workshop condensation systems but also directly decrease the consumption of fresh steam.
